I paid for a downloadable item. When will I receive it?
Typically this can take upto 24 hours depending on the processor and payment type.
Whilst we would like to offer immediate downloads this is not currently a viable solution due to the level of online fraud and theft we have encountered.
This is purely a business decision and should not be taken personally.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept electronic payments via Paypal which offers the option of paying from your Paypal "Account" if you have funds available or direct from a credit card if you do not have an account with them.

What are your Terms of Payment?
Products in our online catalog are paid for in full at time of purchase.
For ongoing projects we will, at our discretion, allow the following payment option:

50% deposit to commence a project
50% balance due and payable on completion and PRIOR to releasing any files.
Payment has to be cleared via your chosen payment method before it is considered paid.

What is your Refund Policy?
Products and services purchased that are in current use, custom designs, or products which can be altered by you the customer (including software and templates) are NON refundable.
Products and support services paid for months in advanced may be refunded at our discretion.
All initial setup fees are non-refundable.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
We fully investigate all requests to negate charges.
Fraudulent claims of unauthorized card usage will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
It is your obligation to review our refund policy, as posted here. As any revisions, which we reserve the right to make to this Refund Policy, will be reflected here.
